Check In time is 2pm, however if the room is available you may check in after 11am, please call to check availability or to make prior arrangements.

All guests License Plate Numbers, Make & Model of Vehicles must be registered in the office at Check In.

Photo ID and Credit Card Info. Required with all cash paid room rentals

All prices are based on a per room – Single or Double Occupancy basis. Additional fees may apply for an extra Person.

Children 14 and under stay free with a parent. Room rates are subject to change without notice

Check Out time is 11am on the day of your scheduled departure. Please make prior arrangements if a late check out is required. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

There are no refunds or credits given for early departures for any reasons.

Pets (Dogs & Cats only) are welcomed at our motel for a small additional fee, some restrictions could apply, Dogs and Cats, at Management discretion, are allowed only in our pet friendly rooms. Pets must be registered at check in. Failure to notify management of your pet may result in eviction and an additional charge may apply for the sterilization of the room.

Quiet time is enforced between 11pm and 7 am inside and outside. Only registered guests permitted in rooms after 11pm.

Guest shall not make or permit any improper noise on the sidewalks in front of rooms or in the parking area that would in anyway interfere with other guest’s “peace or well being”. No loud talking or boisterous conduct will be permitted at any time.

No Alcoholic Beverages consumed outside the Motel Room.

Any motel guest that is visibly intoxicated, using profanity, loud and abusive language can be evicted for being disorderly. Management retains the sole right at their discretion to give a one time warning to correct the situation. If a warning is given and there is a second infraction it will result in an immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. NO EXCEPTIONS !!

Ample parking provided for all guests, However, we request that you park your vehicle in the area designated for motel guests only. Boats and oversize vehicles must park in the lower parking area. We do allow motorcycles on the premise but on a case by case basis.

To ensure the safety of all our guests, the speed limit in the parking area is 5MPH.

Smoking allowed in “Smoking Rooms” only. Smoking not permitted in our Smoke Free rooms. Any violation of this policy will result in an additional fee for the maintenance of the room.

Motel guest held financially responsible for any damage done to the room and its contents while you occupied it.

We are not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind left in the room.

Barbeque cooking of any kind not permitted anywhere on the motel property.
